Colours of Leadership behaviours

Mahābhūta is Sanskrit and Pāli for "great element."In Buddhism, the "four great elements" (Pali: cattāro mahābhūtāni) are Earth, water, fire and air. Hinduism adds a fifth "great" or "gross" element: ether or Akash or Space. These  resonate in Babylonian, Japanese, Chinese, Tibetan  and Medieval alchemy in cultures and its preachings. -Source Wiki.

Well all these religions state that human body is either connected to these primary elements or made of these elements. There is also reference to these in Don Brown's Fiction "Angels and Demons".

How these are connected to people behaviors, indeed yes, for those who have taken the DISC profile and read Discovery  understand very well.

Per all these Behaviors are classified by these four colours and are Fiery RED, Sunshine Yellow, Cool Blue and Earthy Green.

Cool Blue  are - Observers, Coordinators
Earthy Green are - Helpers or Supporters.
